When I tab out of GW to lookup something on wiki, theres a small black bar on the top left of my screen, and it takes 2-10 seconds for GW to appear, what's wrong?

Make sure your drivers are up to date.
Here you go. Try this out, it is an autoscanner on the nVidia website that will check if you have the latest drivers.
If you do not trust the link for any reason, follow these steps:
Go to www.nvidia.com, (if it is your first time using the site, select your language), click "Download Drivers" at the very top left, click the grey box named "Graphics Drivers" next to the MoBo tab and follow the instuctions given.
Good luck. Keep us updated on the outcome.

Thanks Jonnie, your method fixed it somewhat. Now the delay to re-enter the game is a solid 1 second.
