I didn't see it mentioned in your OP, but my apologies if blue-text shields aren't what you want.

I have a blue texted "Woven Shield" It's r8 Tactics/Ar 16 with an inscription slot. I've checked it out next to my gold Woven Shield - as near as I can tell, the skin and dye effects are the same for blue text versions as for gold text.
