Well I've been playing this game for the 5th year now and i never been to a Xmas event.. So i was wondering If its the same as halloween regarding the Hat gifts or do i need to do some quests first?

If you've ever been to the Dragon Festival, it's essentially the same thing as the 9-rings mini-game. You stand in one of the 9 rings, on one of the two sides, and wait for them to arrive. Make sure you have Candy Cane Shards in your inventory.

You can go AFK during this time (which most people do), but to get both hats, you'll need to switch sides at the appropriate time. (After you get one hat at 3AM, switch to another district around 6AM).

Well, I stood in one of the 9 rings and when i came back i had 15 Xmas Presents but no hat ?
