Ok; I used it before, and made my own texture with the tormy shield, made it blue instead of pink/purple; excellent. Well, now it doesnt want to work for me at all. I tried reinstalling it, unstalling different versions of it - all to no avail. It doesnt even seem to want to work now; i cant even get it to work to pull textures anymore. The paths are right, and the only thing that changed in the time that I used it was the game itself updating. Other than that, i have changed nothing. I use the multi-launch, but i used that before also.
So if you guys can help me troubleshoot this, it would be great-need help with the cartog. title.

Try removing some of it's info from the registry manually and using the program again and if it dosen't work, get a registry cleaner like "Little Registry Cleaner" (it works well for me).
Go Start > Run > Type in Regedit
Once in there follow these folders
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT-USER\Software\TexMod
I'd remove the TexMod folder (right click, delete)...and try.
Always take the utmost care when operating in the registry and follow my instructions exactly to prevent messing anything important up, though with all the scares of messing your computer WAY up... it still takes some digging in the registry in the more important parts to actually mess something severe up.

If you don't wanna do it manually, and don't wanna use Little Registry Cleaner Chrisworld suggested you could use another program that i've been using, it's called CCleaner (CrapCleaner) and works for Windows 98/NT4/ME/2000/XP/2003/Vista and is fully compatible with 64-bit versions of XP and Vista.
There are no Linux or Mac versions.
Remove the Texmod folder before cleaning the registry.
Download CCleaner from www.ccleaner.com (official website).
Then run CCleaner (It's free and it has a registry cleaner), then download Texmod again (if you don't have it anymore) and install it. And see if that solves it.
I've been using CCleaner for well over two years now and never ran into any problems. When cleaning the registry it ask you to save a Backup file incase something does go wrong. I never had to use the backup file and I use it daily to clean registry and other stuff.
