Reset password

I stayed away from guild wars for a very very long time. Today I decided to log in, my password is incorrect.

I know for sure that everything should be correct. I clicked on the tab "reset password" If I don't receive an email by 24 hours, though I know it would not take that long, I'd like to know how long does it normally take to receive the new password.
