We know about the non inscription slot for the BDS. This however is my first time seeing this from out of FoW.
Names were blocked out for security reasons.

It isn't a bug, ever item in nightfall or EoTN have a small chance to drop without inscription, i guess that happen for end-zone chest too.
It suck that it happen with a Obsidian edge xD, probably more rare then many other items around, but i don't see people actually looking out for collecting them.
Still, the skin is wanted, so maybe it can still fetch many ectos

Have seen these and eternals with no inscription slot, no glitch nothing new, just happens....
