forgot characters names

almost 2 years ago my graphic card broke.
i didnt wasted any time buying a new one.
so now i bought myself a new one and i decided to play gw again.
but i forgot my char names and i cant login anymore
i already tried a few things like..
-contacting the support (its like they dont answer)
-looking for screenshots (euhm my pc broke like 50 times in 2 year xD)
anyone has some ideas?

Ask some former guildmates/friends you know in real life.
Other than that, wait until you get an answer from support. It's the end of the week after all.

Support will help you out. I didn't need to prove that I owned the accounts, and they told me the names on my mule accounts. I know it's rough, but give them time. It's the weekend and if they work the weekend, it's probably understaffed.

They also have been inundated with requests since the change was made to the login process. I can't believe how many people don't know their character names. It must be all that "cute" spelling people tend to use.

Given that in the past week there has been a massive security hole highlighted, support are most likely getting swamped from having to deal with the backlash of that, so that service is going to be slower than would be expected.

now im with another prob.
have to take a pict of all my 4 guildwars gamecards...
only found 3 of them
and they said my birthdate i gave was invallid.
so probbertly i gave an other birthdate when i registerd my acc...
now what ?

Give them the 3 pictures that you DO have.
As for your birthdate, did you maybe create your account with a friend or parents' name/info? Made sure you're giving them the date in the right format (eg month/day/year vs day/month/year)?
