Has SF actually been nerfed yet?
I've heard what everyone's been saying about ANet promised to give it the nerf bat in December. In fact, I've run across endless threads speculating about how the skill was going to be changed. But I can't find any solid info on what did actually change, and comparing archived skill pages on wiki with the current info on the skill, it looks like nothing has happened...
So do my web searches just fail, or have they not done the nerf yet? I don't play sin myself, but I'm asking on behalf of a guildmate who's new to the game and looking into UW farming.

Has not happened yet. However, Regina has confirmed that Shadow Form as well as multiple other popular near god-mode builds well be nerfed in January (this month).

Well they certainly plan on nerfing SF and other "farming" skills. It should be interesting. First people will switch to some of the obvious replacement skills for SF *cough obyflesh cough* and then they will nerf those. And eventualy team builds and techniques that very few people will want to take the time to learn to run successfully will still get decent times in elite areas and so it goes. It fascinates me all the vitriol and resentment people have over SF. I am looking forward to the changes and will certainly still play GW while most of the folks that don't currently play will continue to not-play but find a new subject to qq about. excellent!
