Is There A Better Build For Me At This Point?

I'm a level 9 D/Mo and I have been wondering: ?s there a better build for me at this point in the game, as I do not have access to the other good Skills or Elite Skills? So, please tell me if there is anything better at this point in the game for me? Here is my Build/Equipment:
Equipment: All Armor is +40
Head Blessed Elonian Hood Chest Elonian Robes Of Minor Vigor Hands Blessed Instani Vambraces Of Major Mysticism Legs Blessed Elonian Leggings Of Minor Earth Prayers Feet Blessed Sunspear Shoes Weapon Suntouched Scythe (Dmg= 9 - 21 + 20%) Attributes: This includes my rune boosts!
Note: I didn't put any points into any /Mo attributes! Scythe Mastery 7 Earth Prayers 6 Wind Prayers None, as I don't see the need for any here... Mysticism 7 Skill Bar: 1 - 8 left to right
