I tried to make the nose somewhat delicate, and the lips thin (not flat and broad); so what am I doing wrong that makes it look like a dude?

To name a few things that might be why--Lack of color, insufficient details to tell <zoomed in>, rougher shading style, and most importantly: our natural assumption that with those, it must be a man.

The lack of color (it's not immediate to see where the lips are) and the fact that the face is half covered (no way to tell the shape of the face or the eyebrows) works against that - specially as all the elements (warrior, helmet, battle screaming) are more viewed as male ones.

That is an awesome idea. I might do that for my main, although it might take a while. =P I'll prolly give up halfway through considering the number of skills with people in it.
