PC req9 dom, dragon staff

can i get a price on this staff ?
some people saying worth like 100k at a guess.
but would like some opinion on it

also got a bladed sheild not sure what its worth.

Id merch the bladed
and same with the dragon staff. except salvage mods on it

well imo i think the staff u shud keep, i mean if some1 wants the skin for a water ele but doesnt use the adept mod for it, why would they not buy for say 20k or more?
