I just want to make this clear to myself.

If I have Sentinel's Insignia on 3 pieces of armor will it give me plus 60 Armor vs ele dmg?

So you will get 20 Armor vs Ele damage for each piece of Armor you put the Insignia on.

Short answer; No. Guild Wars has a hit location function, the insgina bonus will apply only to that piece of armor it is applied to.

As above, eg. assuming you have 13+ in Strength:

If you have Sentinel's on chest armour, each time you get hit on the chest you will have +20 vs ele damage.

If you also have Sentinel's on leg armour, each time you get hit on the legs, you will have +20 vs ele damage, and the chest armour has NO effect. You'll only ever have ONE insiginia "working" at any one time.

I'm not sure there is conclusive proof of all that, but it means that if you were going to use just one Sentinel's insignia, probably best to put it on Chest armour. If two, then chest and legs.

Read 2 posts above yours. legs = 2/8, hands = 1/8.
