GW2 transfer question.

hey, just a quick question, if and when i transfer to GW2, will i be forced to use the same email adress(now no longer in use) i log in with in GW1? or will i be able to change it to my current address?

How are we supposed to know that?

You will most likely be able to change your email. You can even change it now if your Guild Wars account is linked to a PlayNC account.

i thought you couldnt change it, if it was linked to a playNC account?

Yepers you have to keep the same olde same old..

The "e-mail address" you log into GW1 with does not need to be a valid e-mail address (except at the time of account creation), it's now just an "account name". You should already have changed the e-mail address tied to your account to a currently valid one.
We don't know at this time what the login/account creation process for GW2 will be. If it does somehow involve your GW1 account, I'm sure that your current GW1 e-mail address - not the "account name" - would be used for any e-mail involved.
