Is paying for a run, then not recieving it a banable offence?

If I paid someone up front for a run and then they didn'y complete the run for me. Say I had a screenshot of it all, the trade etc. Could I report this anywhere so the user would be banned?

You can report it as he technically scammed you.

Never pay for a run up front.

Agreed. Never pay up front. Most reputable players will have a 2 or 3 point pay spot. You have a good idea that you are having an experienced runner going for you when he establishes pay methods and rules of travel up front.
