Customer (Me) 12/17/2009 12:18 AM So I've seen the message to change your password on the log in screen so I decided to try it. Turns out you have to use the NCsoft account to change it. This is a problem as I rarely use it, and have totally forgotten my password. My password hint seems to be incorrect, as I am 100% I got it right. So the password must have changed at some point that I can't remember. What can I do about this? I really want to change my password. I can provide details of my Guild Wars account and anything else you need to prove that it's me. |
