You didn't list the req. and attribute for the Echovald Shield. (edit your post to specify - do not post a reply and break the early bump rule.)
If it's any help, a couple months ago, I bought an r9 strength Echovald with -2 in stance and 10vCold for 75k. It was listed on a Guru thread for about a week, and no one outbid me.
I don't know frog scepter prices at all, but I think that's at least 100k, probably significantly more. The mods don't matter - folks buy them for the skin, not the mods.
