This is the way I do it. There may be more efficient ways of going about it.. but this works just fine.
The idea here is to use your heroes and henchman to trigger mission events while you remain dead at a specific point on the map. At this point, you have not spawned the 2 golem kilns (therefor they cannot take damage and have the mission end). This negates the need to defend them. This also prevents the majority of the destroyers strewn about from spawning as well.
One of your heroes needs nothing but a single res skill (Unyielding Aura) and remains at your location until you need to be resurrected.
The remaining 6 party members are flagged between the 2 golems to trigger the mission start (at the green marker). Once the NPC's get chatty, flag your heroes step by step over the left side bridge fighting the odd twosomes that engage you. Work your way to the hive.
Once there, flag your heroes off and out of the way until the golem kiln has completed warming up. Once it has, flag your heroes on high ground and micro your spirits. Using your spirit hero, flag and aggro the bosses 1 at a time, and lure them back to your party.
Often they spawn more enemies, but that should be a non issue as they are immediately struck with blindness, weakness, and cracked armor. Once the bosses have been put down, you can res.
Using your run and damage reduction/healing skills, head around the right side, over the bridge, and up past and to the left of the destroyers perched on the hill. Once you are within compass range of the hive, the mission ends.
First off, you need sac, run, and damage reduction and/or healing skills. Depending on your class, your build will vary. I chose to demonstrate on my ranger. In the screenshot below you can see exactly where to stand. Take a good look, you need to move up to that point and not past it.

Keep your res hero beside you here (with UA Disabled) and flag the rest off.
Time to sac. I slapped on a 105 set and used illusion of weakness here. Depending on what class you use, other sacing methods may hold greater appeal. Once dead, switch to heroview and trigger the golem warm up.
Carry on as described. Once the 2 bosses are dead, run to the spot shown below.

This particular run took 8 minutes. 7 minutes is doable.

I used 3 necro heroes (1 is just a res), Devona, Talon, Mhenlo, and Lina.
This does work, but different builds and hero combinations may be better.
I'll post the 2 noteworthy necro builds I used anyway if you like to cut and paste.
