i've asked about two of these before but got no response. I'll start with the new one

(blue) istani shield of fortitude
q8 str
15 ar
+12hp
Inscrip- Only the strong survive- reduces weakness 20%

These two i really need help with. I've seen uninscribable q8's go for 100k plus xxx ectos

Inscribable
Sundering sunqua blade of enchanting
q10 swords
armour pen +20% (19%)
Enchants last 20% longer
Inscrip- Brawn Over Brains- +14/-5

Icy Sunqua Blade of Warding
q9 swords
cold dmg 15-22
inscrip-to the pain-+15/-10

I asked bcause i know i've seen lots of other 15 ar shileds sell from up to 100k. i don't think the 15ar is the problem. also, why does it need to be tactics?

the shield i'd say 5k tops, it's non max for it's req and it's strength not tactics.

sorry I can't help with the swords, don't know enough about the skin.

Salv Enchant 20% mod and merch both blades IMO

q7/15AR shields go for 100k+

As do some q8 16AR shields

most of these shields are tactics

Yours is strength q8 15AR so i wouldnt expect a whole lot maybe 5-15k

tactics is so that pvp players can have low tactics levels and boost their strength without sacrificing attribute points to tactics.

shield is 5k.
