I would get another opinion, but since the R7 stat needs to be available to casters, and strength is only available to primary wars, this is merch food.

I tend to agree. Only Warriors can put any points in Strength at all, and most Warriors using a Strength shield want (and can easily swing) a max armor shield.

Might get 5-10k or so for this if you found an interested buyer, but the 15/7Str shields don't usually sell well at all. I wouldn't hold my breath for the interested buyer to arrive.
