It is a very rare piece of gear you have there, with the 15^-1HP regen. I saw someone selling on guru a chaos axe with the same mod, and he was asking 500k. It is mostly a collector item, due to its rarity, but i'd say it's fairly valuable. And with the game being at its late stages, there are a lot of old players who have become wealthy enough and would buy very rare stuff just because they have too much cash, and it reminds them of the good ol' days. So i'd say 300k up, but you'd be at pains trying to sell it. Post it on guru and then try selling in the "wealthy" outposts: ToA ae1, Doomlore ae1, GToB ae1 and, ofc, Kamadan.
