Am I going blind? ._.
Mini Kae
._. Not that any of you would know...
...But! I noticed something, which seems to have changed just recently.
My enchant "timers" seem to be blurry; is it just me? May not seem it because the picture is a different resolution than my game is set to. I haven`t changed anything since the time when it "wasn`t blurry".
Thanks~ ^^
EDIT:
(Not the faded ones; the timers underneath.)

Just the 2 in the middle, and that would be because they are blinking near the expiration. It is to help you know when they are going to expire.

Not that.
The little bar underneath each of the enchantment icons that shows you how much longer you have left until it expires. That, for me, is blurry. Sorry if I was unclear.

I don't know if you play at resolution 1024x598, but maybe you can post a full-size screenshot? Because I can't make out a 'blurry' effect on the timer bars.
Teknikaali
If you're playing windowed, they go "blurry" when you have your window resized to specific size.. try making your window a bit larger or smaller.
MagmaRed
Yeah, that screenshot doesn't tell me anything since the size is so small compared to how I play. From what I can see it looks normal, but I can't really even see the bars very well. As noted, check the settings for resolution and windowed mode, those can and will affect it.

It`s not that it`s a major problem for it to be blurry...
...It`s just a pet-peeve. xD Everything else is clear except for the count-down "timers".
Bob Slydell
They probably look blurry from the start if you play on a different resolution then your monitor's native resolution, but...those bars you posted DO look quite blurry actually, they are supposed to be rather square/sharp looking.
Mini Kae
Monitor`s native resolution is 1680x1050, which I play at, though my video card can support 1920x1080, but recommends what I play at now.. >.<

I remember having exactly this problem (and frames of item stat windows got blurred aswell) after experimenting with the graphic card's settings - the performance/quality bar and filtering settings. It was several months ago so I don't remember which setting caused this annoyance but getting all to default values got rid of the problem.

If you remember, please post back. ^^,

To be the less serious person in this thread.
Yes you are going blind! Old age has caught up to you, and all those years staring at a PC screen have ruined your eyes FOREVER! Repent now and you may one day see the little lines clearly again!
Kidding aside, yeah they are a bit blurry, have you changed moniters recently? Resolutions? ( Har Har, I made a pun, I feel terrible now ;_; ), or maybe even gotten glasses? Has anything at all changed, even minor that may have caused the change?

Absolutely nothing has changed since before it started being "blurry"; I have not changed monitors, I`ve had the same resolution for as long as I can remember, and I don`t wear glasses. >.<
I`m still trying to fix this.
Mini Kae

Still trying to fix this; no luck yet.
I contacted support, and still waiting for a reply. :3 Hopefully it will be fixed soon. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to post!

They don't look blurry to me, but that could just be the screenies. The only things I can think of would be, if, as has been mentioned, you are playing at a different rez than your monitor's native rez. I know you said your rez was 1680x1050 and that's what rez you play at, but have you checked to make sure the game rez hasn't changed?
Only other thing (atm) is perhaps some graphics setting such as AA that affects the skill bars (although I've never noticed such an effect). What AA level do you run at? (Anti-aliasing - x2, x4 - it would be in the graphics settings.)

You don`t think they`re blurry? I think they are, but it could just be me, too. I made sure the resolution did not change. Got a reply from Support finally, though.
Eragon Zarroc
the bars look full to me O_O
xMinimalism
It does look blurry, actually.
Set your anti-aliasing to 4x if it isn't already; that should fix it for you.
