It's supposed it has to be merched becouse is not max damage...but casters don't usually care on its damage as they only want the +5e and 20%Ench or whatever...
I think it would barely be 5k if max q9, ofcourse it's fully functional for a caster but also not any rare at all (we're not in 2006 when just any weapon with +5E had good value)
I'd merch this and max version with high req aswell since it's so hard to sell.
