Vanquishing and Kurzick points

I’m vanquishing Factions and will soon be in the Kurzick areas. Does the bonus faction I receive get applied directly to the title or to the guild and I have to take it to the bureaucrat?
I keep my guild almost full so when double faction weekend comes around I already have a bunch to exchange.


EDIT - Thx for the answers, I'll be sure to trade mine in first and empty the guild.

Faction rewards for vanquishes are just normal faction. It has to be turned in.
