Havent seen one like this before... lol insc. is supposed to be items attribute +1

for those of you who are slower than others, this is a str. shield ^ ^

Its not bugged at all. The INSCRIPTION is + 1 to items attribute, but that doesn't not have an inscription. It has what I call an "Inherent" inscription. It happens more than you think. I wanted to put a +1 Death magic Req9 tactics shield on my necro, but I couldn't manage to spare 9 points for tactics ^^

Yes like stated above not bugged and is not really worth much sorry but I would merch it

That shield is not bugged and because of only 1 mod it's worthless (merch).

You don't need to meet the shield's req to make use of it's bonuses, req is only for getting full armor bonus. If you use a shield without meeting it's requirement (you can even be a N/Me or any other caster) you'll still get 8 Armor and FULL effect of all it's bonuses!

Yes that is true, but think about it. I could have a shield with 8 armor and + 1 death magic. Or I could hold an offhand that would give me +12 energy +5 armor and +1 death magic. and only really lose out on 3 armor at a gain of 12 energy.
