PC Q9 Paper Fan - Soul Reaping

Oh, tricky tricky!
I don't think there's a way to give you an accurate PC for this. It seems like something you'll have to see what kind of offers you get.
Things that might make it pricey:
- Desirable skin, not available with inscription slot (no inscribable Paper Fans around that I know of.)
- low req. for Necros, a popular and oft-spoiled class these days
- inherent dual mod gold offhand
Things that might make it harder to sell and keep the price down:
- reduce weakness mod. :/ Usually, the condition reducing mods on offhands aren't very popular. I can't think of a popular meta where a Necro build would need a lot of weakness reduction.
- "mixed" mods. Ok, this probably isn't a big deal. It's r9 SR (which most Necros can swing anyway,) and 20 HSR Blood. Maybe not the same attribute, but the same class and not a hard mix to meet.
Were it mine to sell, I'd list it for maybe 10-20k starting bid and see what kind of offers I got.
(I could be way off base on the reasonable starting bid/reserve there. Hopefully you get more opinions.)
