Hmm im not very sure what to say lol. Its perfect in terms of mods, but its not a breakpoint shield so it isnt worth much in that perspective.
Maybe 5k or merch imo

If was 15/7 or 16/8, it would worth a bit more...you had bad luck with shield, good luck with mods.

Woah! Have you got it drop for you recently or it's very old? I'd really like to know what dropped it because i feel it's unusual to have it drop a gold at all.
Can't call that unlucky at all, of course you could have had UBER-LUCK and get it drop as 12al/q4 or 11al/q3 from that source but chances for that are lower than winning in lotto.

Another thing to keep in mind:
* For any character not meeting its requirement it's still a perfect 8 armor shield with 2 perfect mods.

Still no reason it could have a bigger market value than 5-10k.
