High req, mods are good, id say maybe 10k
You'd probably be better off salvaging the mods to make cash and sell shield skin clean for around 5k.

it isn't really all that popular a skin, just moderatly rare. If strength then 15k w/ mods anything else salvage the mods and sell it as a caster shield for roughly 5k
