PC for gold staff 10% global

i need pc on this.... i kno it knda sux cuz of skin, 10/0, and not perf hp mod... well if u can give me a range of prices it wud be so great and appreciated.... ty =) and also will the price go up if i change the hale+25 to 30?? cuz i have a perf hale staff head....

You would spend more gold upgrading it then you would get in return, 20k-30k imo but I would sell for 10k+.
