Ventari: New bump prevention?

So, I went to bump my sell thread today and was greeted with a new message that I had to wait so many minutes and seconds before I could post again. Is this a brand new add-on? Also, it made me wait 25 hours instead of 24. Is this intentional? Just curiousity

It is a fairly new feature we have implemented,- unfortunately, it is slightly bugged.

alright, cool should make it much easier on the mods if they don't have to be searching a million threads for bump violations eh?
