Password reset on Guildwars won't work!

Ok I don't know where to ask this ,but heres my Qs why don't the password reset on guildwars work I click password reset write my email down (it say your reset pass has been sent to (the email) ) but it don't even show up in my email box nothing! im so frustrated i don't want o nto be able to ever go back on my account cause of this .that be 4years down the drain I shoulda just left all alone ,but i didn't now i got to suffer i email ed guildwars support like 4times (very impatient) and I feel bad for that ,but im so worried how come ti ain't working and when will someone help me .... i know ther busy and all ,but im going crazy I feel like such and idiot

Is the e-mail you're entering the same as your account's e-mail? If not, the only way you can get your password reset in that fashion is by using the e-mail linked to your account; otherwise, you will have to go through NCsoft Support.

Also, along with the above help, check your spam folders as well as your inbox

I tried to change my password using the in client method as well but it never worked for me.
I had to change mine using the NCsoft website.

The email I enter is the same as my account for the game its just not showing up im scared ... i check junk mail everything..nothing I contacted NCsoft like 5 times I know ther probally busy im just frustrated I wanted to do the EoTN weekend event and I pray I get help getting back in my account im very upset and very pissed at myself i also went into my NCsoft account to try and fix it ,but it said what your old Pass and the problem is i don't know it cause during the whole (changing my pass) it never told be i have changed so i thought i was doing something wrong so i put different ideas for a pass (never wrote any down like a moron) and apparently it did change it to one of them just dont' know what one i just want to eb able to log back in :@

the best and only thing to do at this point is submit a support ticket to NCsoft and include the following.

NCsoft master account name: ENTER ACCOUNT NAME HERE
First and last name: ENTER FIRST AND LAST NAME HERE
Physical Address: ENTER POSTAL MAILING ADDRESS (not e-mail address) HERE
Date of birth: ENTER DATE OF BIRTH HERE
Serial codes/access keys: ENTER CODES/KEYS HERE
Unique Account ID(s): ENTER UNIQUE ACCOUNT ID(s) HERE


once you have proven that you are the owner of the account they will restore it to you, but the Guild Wars Support Team at NCsoft is currently experiencing high ticket volumes so it may take some time to get to your ticket, and submitting several support tickets about the same issue will not make things go any faster.
