Gold R8 Lotus shields are extremely common - I have 3-4 of them - used to buy them unid for 2k as no one wanted them. If you can find someone that has no clue you might get over 10k.
Edit: Yeah did the same - was not long after Nightfall even started and they were already selling them unid for cheap even r8 - I bought them for the shield mods which quite a few had +30s and I sold for profit ;P

Ya, I bought the Lotus as an Unid. for 800g, about 2yrs ago. I'm guessing the person was a "bot".
