All right, my basic question is about farming... But I have a few other questions also... But before I go into them, let me give you a run-down of my character:
I am a level 12 D/Mo with some pretty good armor and proably some of the best runes I can get at my level. I do not have access to anywhere beyond Istan (At least I don't think). If you need to know anymore about my character just post here (but I don't think anymore is necessary). But here are my questions:
Ok, on some of my previous posts, I have heard someone tell me to go get "Max Armor" by taking a ferry to somewhere. Now: 1) Where is this ferry 2) Do I have access to it 3) What is about the total of the "Max Armor" in gold? (Is it like 15k gold or something?)
For my Level: 1) Where would be the best place to farm at my level? (The highest level place I have access to at this point would probably be Mehanti Keys). 2) For the mobs available on the "Keys", what would be the best one to farm?
Thank You In Advance...
What Should I Do?

1) Kamadan, ask for a Ferry to Docks, the armor guy will be on the right side of the stairs
2) Not until you do, "The Time is Nigh" Quest
3) There is.. 1k armor, 15k armor..... but you will be getting the 1k armor.. http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Dervish_armor there is a link to armor, The armor you will be getting is under the "Nightfall Armor" tells you what you need and everything.
Part 2:
1) Get to level 20 and beat the game first, beat all the campaigns so you can get Hard Mode, then worry about farming.
2) Read above.

Play the game, don't worry about farming.

1) Where is this ferry - there is no actual ferry in the game. But by joining with a person who has the proper quest, you can jump ahead in the game to consulate docks where you can get max armor. Doing this is called ferrying and the other player will probably charge you between 500g and 1k to take you along. Just go to Kamadan and advertise "LF ferry to docks" (however, at 12 you might be pretty close to getting there on your own anyway, just follow the main quests/storyline.
3) What is about the total of the "Max Armor" in gold? as pointed out you can get 1k (per armor piece) or 15k (per armor piece) armor. Both have max stats. 15k is considered elite but doesn't make any difference as far as playing the game. At the docks you can only get the 1k but shortly after that in the story line you will be able to obtain 15k since you are a dervish. However, the 1k/15k only refer to actual cost of making the armor. The materials needed will be above and beyond that and can be quite high.
As for farming, most people do wait till level 20 so they do not have to bring heroes or henchmen with (since these reduce the drops) and prefer to farm in hard mode where drops are better.
However, if you have Eye of the North on your account, you could go there to play as if you were a level 20 as the game automatically increases your attributes to what they would be if you were in fact a level 20.

I think I will take the advice though and beat all the campaigns, then go farming. Plus I will save up for max armor when I get towards the end of the game I appreciate the quick replies as they helped me a ton

You will need max armour long before you get to the end of the game - it begins when you hit level 20 and get max armour. Like Enko says - get it when you see it, because once you see it, you know you're going to need it after that.
