Ok so about a few weeks ago my friend was wanting me to come play guild wars i had recently formatted my pc just so i could get a fresh restart.As of one day i thought i should go on gw and see whats going on. I logged onto my account and as i noticed it said that i had no campaigns what so ever. My characters were gone i had all 3 campaigns before profecies and factions were retail and i bought nightfall online. I would really love some help with this issue

my guess is you had the trial key that allows for 10 days of play (or 14 hours; whichever comes first)
however the trial key doesn't delete characters when it runs out....it locks them until you buy the game. This actually caused me some humor when a friend who had prophecies got the trial for factions. All his money was on his sin and the trial key ended, locking him out from that character.

thats the thing tho i did not use the trials
