Looking for a laid-back, yet experienced HM PvE guild

Well, most of the guilds I've tried to get into require applications filled in. This seems rather uptight, and I would much rather join a guild that did not require this system.

I am an experienced PvE player, my main characters are my Necromancer and Elementalist on whom I play mostly as an MoP nuker and ER infuse/bonder.

I like playing with PUGs and helping weaker players get through Zaishen Missions/bounties with ease.

What I'm Looking For:
Basically, a large guild or atleast one with lots of activity during the European day. People who like to play with eachother and don't mind bringing PUGs (the last guild I joined someone ragequit when I let pugs join the team.)

I am rather critical when it comes to builds and skills, and like discussing them. I understand it offends some people to be told their build isn't awesome; but I will then explain why and how it can be improved. So don't flame the messenger.

I like vanquishing, HM dungeons, HM missions, discussing and UW.
