Why won't Guildwars password reset send the email to my inbox?
Sasultra
Everytime I use password reset (write the email in) click send it says a new password was sent to (the email) BUT nothing comes up in my inbox .Yes I write the right email down ,and everything nothing. NC support is to busy I guess and their goes doing the EoTN weekend event GREAT!!!! why is this happing if the dam thing would work I would be playing ....

Have you considered maybe they are sending it to a different email address, like one provided by someone pretending to be you?

Check your junk mail folder or on your provider server if you can. I had the same issue and found mine( 3 replies to my 3 requests ) there.
Good luck

No noone pretending to be me it was my own fault that I locked myself out .its just reallly messed up for example I wanted to see if it wasn't working so I put in a email in the reset that I know for fact doesn't have a guildwars account and it still said the same thing (The email reset password was sent to (the email) I check it and nothing was sent which that would be logical cause my mom doesn't play guildwars lol ,but it still said it was a vaild and said it sent the email I don't know whats going on its very odd.

My hubby is having this problem also. I have no suggestions, just wanted you to know it's not just you.

The exact same thing happened to me. When you reset the password on the log-in screen it resets to the NCSoft account your Guild Wars account is tied to. All Guild Wars accounts are tied to NCSoft accounts, even if you don't know how to get to the NCSoft account (which I did not know how to do)
Only thing to do is create a support ticket, they will send you an e-mail response, with a number you can call. Call the support number and they should be able to sort it out for you, and give you access to the NCSoft account your Guild Wars account is linked to. Good Luck!
P.S. This sounds like a dumb system, because it is...

Anything new on this? My hubby tried to fill out a trouble ticket, but couldn't remember what his NCSoft password was, and tried to reset that, but naturally hasn't received a reset email from NCSoft either... Any other suggestions?

NC helped me with my issues my only advise for this issue is send a ticket ,with as much info you have about your account ,and wait! wait! and wait took 5days before I got help (understable) and I also realized why it messed up in the first place is cause when I was changing my password ingame 1) I made it to long for it to connect to my NC linked account it suppose to me 13 letters not higher ,and the reason why it won't show up in your inbox is cause if you have a NC linked account it like a secuirty thing so when you get your pass back ect make sure you change your gw pass in your NC account (just in case the ingame reset don't work) good luck

Thanks for the suggestion. My hubby sent in an email ticket last night. Fortunately for him, I kept all of our access codes and even marked on them which ones I used and which he used, so he was able to include them in the email. :-) Hopefully they'll get back to him pretty quickly. And next time he wants to change his password I'll remind him that it works better from his NCSoft account. That's how I changed mine when I changed it.
