Everytime I use password reset (write the email in) click send it says a new password was sent to (the email) BUT nothing comes up in my inbox .Yes I write the right email down ,and everything nothing. NC support is to busy I guess and their goes doing the EoTN weekend event GREAT!!!!
why is this happing if the dam thing would work I would be playing

my only advise for this issue is send a ticket ,with as much info you have about your account ,and wait! wait! and wait took 5days before I got help (understable) and I also realized why it messed up in the first place is cause when I was changing my password ingame 1) I made it to long for it to connect to my NC linked account it suppose to me 13 letters not higher ,and the reason why it won't show up in your inbox is cause if you have a NC linked account it like a secuirty thing so when you get your pass back ect make sure you change your gw pass in your NC account (just in case the ingame reset don't work) good luck
