Tihark Orchard...Nightfall

Hello folks i'm having some trouble with the quest in Tihark orchard (rallying the princes) after completing it i'm dropped in Kodash Bazaar without a clue what to do next, according to the wiki i should get a quest from Rendu the food taster to move on in the primary quest chain but he's saying nothing and nor is anyone else...what have i missed? or is this a bug?

Check all the NPC's around there for a primary quest.

You should indeed get the quest All's Well That Ends Well from Royal Food Taster Rendu in the Kodash Bazaar.

After the Tihark Orchard mission you end up right in front of him.
