Patch error

I cannot get the game to run. It was running fine after the intial patch today but there was another build put up while I was playing. So I closed the game and restarted it. Now everytime I try to play it keeps on trying apply the small patch but I end up getting a serious error and the game shuts down. Is anybody having this problem?

Hmm..the first patch introduced a bug that made the game crash when you opened the pet panel. the second patch after that -I think- was to fix that issue. haven't seen any other complaints.

maybe try the -repair switch. see if it helps.

Well I shut down other programs, restarted my computer a few times, and now the game works. So I'm not sure what the deal was.

if it said that it didn't have administrator privelages while trying to connect to ANet, then its just a weird bug. It happens to me sometimes and I just have to reboot
