Discordway can support itself. The heroes alone can keep targets hexed and conditioned enough as is, so what you run /w them doesn't particularly matter.

1) You always need to call for Discord.
2) Discord setups just need to ensure that there is a hex and condition on every new foe asap. Whether you do this by dedicating your build to it or putting spammable/AoE hexes and conditions on your heroes is up to you.
