15/7 command shields are popular with imbagons. In blue, with this skin (which is one of the more common skins found as 15/7 command,) I'd say probably 25-40k. From what I've seen, the demand for 15/7 command shields is not as high as the demand for 15/7 tactics, so that's what I'm basing my price guess off of.
