Got a staff here i would like a PC on :
Req 8 Curses Insightfull Accursed staff of Curses
mods : +5 Energy, +1 Curses (10%chance=Oldmod ),and Reduces weakness 20%
Its Gold, and Oldschool

I am guessing you meant 10% chance of recharge and not +1 Curses - if so might get 10-15k or so

No, i ment Curses+1 (10%chance whilst using skills)
not Half recharge

Salvage the curses mod and merch it (1/10 is hawt)

How hawt?

You can still get <attribute> +1 (10%) mods on drops from blues, so I'd just merch the whole thing.
