A/E Perma Problems

Hey Guys,

Im a little lost as to why my assassin is unable to maintain shadow form perminatly. It is most likley something I am doing but Ill explain everything.

He is A/E using Glyph Of Swiftness and Deadly Paradox. 16 Shadow Arts and +20% enchantment mod on daggers.

When Entering I use Deadly Paradox followed by glyph of swiftness followed by shadow form. Whenever deadly paradox becomes available again I use it. Then glyph of swiftness just before shadow form. Now, it works the first time round...ie. the second time I use shadow form but by the third shadow form is ended 5-8 seconds before I am able to recast it.

As far as I am aware I have all the requirments and it is most likley me getting it wrong but any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

You're probably using D.Paradox too soon and it runs out before SF. Try to cast DP just like 5 sec before SF runs out. Oh and GoS too.

You don't want to use Deadly Paradox "whenever it becomes available". When SF is about 3/4 of the way recharged, use the glyph and then DP right before popping SF. That should do it.

Glyph lasts for 15 seconds and Deadly Paradox will only be active for 5-6 seconds.

check your usage order....

Deadly paradox only affects skills when they are cast, it does not make the recharge of everything speed up whilst it is active.

Glyph->deadly->Sf->wait until SF is nearly recharged->glyph->deadly->SF->etc.

use d.paradox only seconds before recasting SF everytime. it's a stance so it's effect is immeadiate and will not affect the casting of anything else.
