I have a few odd weapons that i could do with a PC on please:

R8 Ironwing Flatbow (gold / max)
Oldschool / non-inscribable
Damage +15% / Energy -5 (inherent)
20/20
Health +30

R9 Eternal Bow (gold / max)
Oldschool / non-inscribable
15^50 (inherent)
20/20
Health +30

Now the odd one!!!!!!!!!!!

R10 (Water Magic) Bo Staff (gold / non-max)
Insightful Bo Staff of Shelter
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 19%)
Energy +10
Cold Dmg: 11-21 (Requires 10 Water Magic)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Energy +5
Armor +7 (vs physical damage)

Id say 75k on the eternal bow and Id need to see a picture of the staff but I don't think +5 inherent energy is possible sounds like a insightfull non max BO with no inherent mod in which case merch for sure

Could also do with an opinion on the Req 8 Ironwing as well.

around 50k on the bow, perhaps a bit more - that is not a popular mod on a bow in the least
