Sort Of A Bug On The Advanced Editor (WYSIWYG)

Umm... I don't know if you would consider this a bug and it really doesn't need fixing to quickly, but I know it's not normal. Umm... When you are on the Advanced Editor (WYSIWYG) or the Standard Editor (Like I'm in now (Which will be the image I post)), when you move your mouse over the buttons like the "Link" Button, it will turn gray... I don't know if the normal color of the buttons is supposed to be gray or brown (I will post an image below this post), but I know this isn't normal. Like I said, it's in no real rush to get fixed as it doesn't have a flaw, it's just really annoying. But, also wondering, is anyone else experiencing this (I won't call it a problem just a bug) bug? Well anyway heres the image:

What guru vbulletin skin are you using, scroll to the bottom and let me know. It looks like a relatively old one. See pic below for how to check that:

I don't think there's some kind of advantage to be gained using the Advanced Editor over the Standard one.
Could someone explain the differences to me? I've tried using it before but I couldn't really figure it out.

It's the same but instead of tags appearing in the box you're typing in, your text will actually be bold/underlined/linked, etc like it would be when you actually post it. I played around with it but found it annoying. Perhaps it's just because I'm been using the other one for so long.
