Here's a tough one:

Sephis Axe
Dmg: 6-28 (requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +13% (while health is above 50%)
20/20
+30

Any ideas? I know perfect sells for a ton (like 100 +80 last i saw), but this is only 13^50.

15^50 sells 500e orso actually now

But 13^50 id guess 20-30e orso should be possible to get
