20e Is about your best bet. a 14^enchant will run about 50e, a 14^50 will run you about 70-80e.

20-25 ecto seems reasonable.

disagree a lot..
100k+ 1 or 2e max, imo.
this is a purple sword, with a 2 away from max and not highly desired mod.
the req is good. that's about all it has going for it.
