Form of scamming

Hey, I was ingam trying to sell a EL yuletide tonic for 375e.
But in a other disctrict in Kamadan there were to people with a fake bid off 500e in the party window and afk. I got some pm's of people asking if I was scamming in hope people think to buy it cheap and sell it with lot of profit in seconds. It was very obvious that the people with the fake offers and the people whispering me were friends and when I travelled to that dis seeing they were in the same guild. Not only are they sort of making selling harder. But also making me look like a scammer if someone wouldn't be fast enough to notice this and actualy trying to buy and sell it to them.

So am I alloud to report this people as scammer?

If people are trading stuff worth that much they probably know about this kind of scam and the actual worth of the items they are trading.

And yet another one appeard in GToB and it is getting a bit annoying.

I was hoping for that cus with these high end most people will check but offcourse it can always happen not mention some friend buys it and will make me look like the scammer? How to prove that i am not
