Not bad at all for utility.
The cane would seem to be worth about 5-10k to the RIGHT person, maybe a little more.
The staff would be a different story. I cannot comment on an exact price, but I would say a little less.
For the time being, a move to place them on heroes is not a bad idea, but always be on the look out for a buyer, specifically one who is looking to buy "mesmer weapons" or "old-school items."
People no longer recognize the uniqueness of a perfectly modded (inherent) wand nowadays...

For the r12 Illusion matched 20/20 Jeweled Staff, I'd say no more than 5-10k if it's the standard skin (which looks like a lighter Shadow Staff.) Inherent matched 20/20 Jeweled and Inscribed Staves seem to show up pretty often - maybe it's all the feather farmers? If it's the twin-serpent skin, that's probably worth a lot more. Alas, I'm not sure how much more.
For the r12 Domination Cane with +5^50 and 20HCT Dom - I suspect it'll be hard to get more than 10k for that, yeah. I recently bought an inherent r9 Fire Wand with +5^50 and 20HSR Fire for a 45k b/o here. Higher reqs hurt the prices even on caster items, and Ele stuff usually fetches higher prices than Mes stuff.
Destructor's advice to hang onto them until you spot an interested buyer is not bad. Neither of these items are likely to fly out the door as soon as you list them for sale.
