Pc on q10str Eternal Shield -5 20% +10ar vs cold

hi all.
i came across this uninscriptable q10 strength, 16 armor Eternal Shield:
as you can see in the picture the two mods are a "Luck of the Draw" and a "Leaf on the Wind" perfect inscriptions, making this shield impossible to replicate.
Although it may not have any effective use i wonder whether this item could have any value or not.

people tend to want health mods rather than -5/20%, that said, i still think you could get 20-30k for it
