The r9 inscribable skin itself is worth 3-5k.
The mods on this are worth another 5k.

Either salvage mods and sell separately, or aim for 8-10k together.

It would be easier to sell together for the 8-10k, So I wouldn't salvage the mods

Never suggest selling stuff with mods personally - usually easier to sell in pieces for me
