Ok, I figured out how to login to Guild Wars, read below
1) Press the Start button on the lower left corner of your screen. Then press the "Run..." button
2) Click on "Browse..." and find the GW.exe file, then click "Open"
3) You should see something like:
"C:\Games\Guild Wars\Gw.exe"
If not, repeat step 2.
4) Right next to that write so it's like this:
"C:\Games\Guild Wars\Gw.exe" -password "type your password here" -email [email protected]" -character "Type Your Character Name Here"
5) Click the "OK" button

Btw, to the guy who posted above about the strings. I tested that out as well and I was still not able to log in.
Havig said that, Arena.Net has already fixed this bug and I am back in-game regardless. Cheers!

Dear Anet, you're getting really good at RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing things up. I had left the game for a year and a half only to come back to see that:
1- I miss Izzy even if his nerfs and buff did not please me most of the time. At least HE DID something on a REGULAR base.
2- Some part of the game are broken (SF AKA God Mode)
3- You dont care anymore about you player base ( Your last security announcement where you claim we are hacked and its because we are careless or use clumsy security methods).

I changed my password with ncsoft account,now went to ncsoft to change it again.i put all the 3 passwords i always use on the "current password" thing and none worked
im sure of the one i used to change the past one,and it didnt work nor the other 2,or the one i had before the problem...

Hopefully I get my new password sent to me, cause I reset it and if I don't get the e-mail, I guess I'am effed huh? Cause forever and ever I have been trying to get my ncsoft account info that is linked to my GW account fixed, but nothing got fixed ever. Hopefully I get it or, I'am going to be highly upset, cause of no notification on the GW login window. And getting the run around for something that should have been easy to fix.

Problem was,when you change password you can put more than 13 characters on current password (my current pasword was 15 characters) but,on the new password you can only put 13,so if my password was 123456789123456 it wouldv removed some numbers,and i didnt notice obviously...please fix this so others dont have problems

Thank you for the notice. My account is still not recognizable (error 227). I also changed my password succesfully via ncsoft and still get error 227. I'll check back later. My password uses a combination of caps and small letters and numbers and is Unique only to the guild wars game and I have never downloaded bots, bought game money or had someone attempt to extract account information from me. I use different passwords for Forums and other games and I'm the only person that knows my passwords. I really hope we were not compromised.
